Hiroshi Yamauchi-san, RIP

It's actually late a day for saying this, but seriously, Rest in Peace, man. If it wasn't for you, Nintendo would not have grown into the gaming giant it is today. And if Nintendo did not become a video game company, lovable characters like Mario and Link would not have been created. And if these games were not created, the video game industry would not have evolved into what is had today.
(Heck, it might have ended during the Atari Shock?)

A great man, who could see talent and future in people. Found Gunpei, found Miyamoto, found Iwata. Did not let inheritance take priority in business. And when you think about all of this, it just kind of felt like he never will die. But yet he will one day and has. In a way, it feels like the end of a generation.
Yamauchi Hiroshi, 85, R.I.P.
